...to those standing at a crossroad, overwhelmed by potential paths to take, my message is this

ideas are the EASY part. i think the the real challenge is something quite different...

in the realm of creativity and business, it's easy to become overwhelmed by the sheer volume of ideas, that flood our minds. Ideas, after all, are the seeds from which innovation grows – but, if you're listening you will discover that they are also abundant; and without focus, scatter far and wide, failing to take root and stealing time from our legacy. my own experience has been a testament to this. the challenge, I've realized, isn't in generating ideas; it's in harnessing them effectively - the real challenge with all good ideas is the accurate choice of whether to follow them or not, and then when to quit things.
