At the gym, there's a guy in his mid-80s—a regular. I’m at the gym five days a week on average, year-round, and I’d see him multiple times each week. But recently, I hadn’t seen him for months, and I thought, "Oh no, did we lose him?" Then, just this morning, there he was. I said hello, and he, knowing I was surprised, said, “I’m still here. Still kicking.”

This man embodies resilience and consistency. He shows up. He’s doing the work. And it pays him back every day of his life. That’s the power of habits—the good ones we choose to build.
